After the rue de Marseille and the rue Yves-Toudic for its child department, the sneaker brand Veja opens a third concept store under the banner Centre Commercial à Paris. The shop, ex-Edition MR on the rue Madame (Saint-Sulpice district), totalises 92 m² with 10 m. of frontage and 88 m² of storage. It was tranfered via l’agence Façades for 300 000 € and a rent of 53 000 €. The market rental value is defined at 755 € for 110 m² measured. In the area : Pierre Hermé, Zadig&Voltaire, The Kooples, Agnès B, Villebrequin…
